Is there a discount needed on SFR / Commercial properties submitted ie " 100k house selling for 90k as an example. Feed back on this would be greatly appreciated.
Although you job is not to try to work the deal, it's hard to determine what we will pay for a property because each case is different. Generally we prefer to buy at 60-65 cents on the dollar. We have determined that at this price point we can pay our finders well and still make a decent profit.
